Biography

Gregory Mondre has served as a member of our board of directors since October 2018. Mr. Mondre is Co-Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at Silver Lake Technology Management, L.L.C. (“Silver Lake”), a global technology investment firm. He joined Silver Lake in 1999 and most recently served as a Managing Partner and Managing Director of the firm from January 2013 to December 2019. He previously served as a director of Motorola Solutions, Inc. from August 2015 to May 2026, Expedia Group, Inc. from May 2020 to October 2021 and of GoDaddy Inc. from May 2014 to February 2020. Mr. Mondre holds a B.S. degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. We believe Mr. Mondre is qualified to serve on our board of directors because of his significant experience in private equity investing and expertise in technology and technology-enabled industries.
