Leadership

Scott Wagner has served as Interim Chief Executive Officer since April 2023. Previously, Scott held various executive roles at GoDaddy from 2012 to 2019 including Chief Executive Officer and President/ Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer. Scott joined GoDaddy from global private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) where he was a Partner and worked from 2000 to 2012. Scott currently sits on the boards of public companies Bill (BILL), and DoubleVerify (DV) as well as private companies GoFundMe and Kajabi. He also sits on the Leadership Council for Yale’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Scott holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Yale University and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School.

Doug Hirsch is one of our co-founders and has served as our Chief Mission Officer since April 2023 and as a member of our board of directors since our founding in September 2011. Previously, Doug was a Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 2011 to 2023. Prior to our founding, he served as Chief Executive Officer at DailyStrength, Inc., a provider of healthcare-focused online support groups, from 2005 to 2008, and previously held senior roles at Facebook, Inc. and Yahoo! Inc. Doug holds a B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University.

Trevor Bezdek is one of our co-founders and has served as a member of our board of directors since our founding in September 2011. Trevor was appointed as Chairman of the Board in April 2023. Previously, he was a Co-Chief Executive Officer and the Secretary of the Company from 2015 to 2023. Prior to that, he served as Managing Partner at Tryarc, LLC, an information technology consulting firm, from 2001 to 2007, and co-founded Biowire, a bioinformatics software provider and community for biologists and scientists. Trevor holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Stanford University.

Raj Beri has served as our Chief Operating Officer since May 2022. Prior to joining GoodRx, Raj served as VP of Global Grocery and New Verticals at Uber Technologies, Inc., a technology company providing ride-hailing, delivery and other mobility services, from 2020 to 2022. In that role, Raj and his team oversaw the non-restaurant delivery businesses for Uber globally. From 2018 to 2020, he served as the Head of the Uber Eats business in Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to joining the Uber Eats team, Raj served as a Business Head for Uber India from 2016 to 2018. While at Uber, he also served on the Board of Directors of Cornershop, now a fully owned Uber subsidiary. Raj has an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Arizona State University and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Toronto.

Karsten Voermann has served as our Chief Financial Officer since March 2020 and has over 20 years of financial experience with public and private companies. From 2018 to 2020, Karsten served as Chief Financial Officer of Mercer Advisors, Inc., an investment advisory services firm, and from 2015 to 2018, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Ibotta, Inc., an app-based provider of consumer discounts on consumer packaged goods and other items. Karsten holds an H.B.A. in Business from the University of Western Ontario and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Dorothy Gemmell has served as our Chief Commercial Officer since July 2023 and has over 30 years of experience in healthcare. She previously served as an advisor to GoodRx from 2021 to 2023, Head of Commercial for Capsule, a digital pharmacy, from 2019 to 2020, and Chief Commercial Officer for AbleTo, a telebehavioral health company, from 2016 to 2018. Prior to these roles, Dorothy has held senior leadership roles at Practice Fusion, Havas Health and WebMD/Medscape. She began her career with a decade in sales and marketing at Pharmacia (now Pfizer). Dorothy is on the advisory board of New York City Health Business Leaders and holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from McGill University.

Vina Leite has served as our Chief People Officer since February 2022. Previously, Vina served as the Chief People Officer at The Trade Desk, Inc., a publicly traded technology company, from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that role, she served as the Chief People Officer of the cybersecurity firm Cylance Inc. from 2016 to 2019, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at QLogic Corporation from 2014 to 2016. Vina currently serves on the board of directors of Jamf Holding Corp., DocGo, Inc. and AHEAD, Inc. and is a member of the National Human Resources Association and the Society for Human Resources Management. Vina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Rhode Island College and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from Capella University.

Romin Nabiey has served as our Chief Accounting Officer since April 2022. Romin has been at GoodRx since 2017, most recently serving as our Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller. Previously, Romin served in management-level accounting and finance roles at Doctor Evidence, LLC and NantWorks, LLC, a pharmaceutical technology company and a private equity firm in the life science industry, respectively. Prior to those roles, he worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young. Romin holds a B.A. in Accounting and a B.A. in Finance from California State University, Fullerton, and is a licensed CPA.
